Digital service delivery
Credits and subscriptions are digital services. Saved checklists are available in your account immediately after a plan is confirmed. Credits are used one per saved checklist; subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for digital cancellation terms.
Homeware bundles: shipping and returns
Optional starter homeware bundles are ordinary physical goods. They are dispatched to UK addresses with standard tracked delivery, and can be returned unused within 30 days under our Refund Policy. Bundle checkout opens once a payment provider is connected.
