About the service

Sabichi Home is a digital first-home checklist tool that suggests ordinary homeware based on the details you enter, alongside optional starter homeware bundles. It provides shopping inspiration and checklists only.

Not professional advice

Checklists, quantities and budget notes are indicative suggestions, not professional advice. Sabichi Home does not provide moving services, rental or tenancy advice, financial advice, legal advice, professional interior design or installation, and does not promise any savings or result.

Accounts

If you create an account for credits or a subscription, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

Credits, subscriptions and payments

• Checkout status is currently payment provider pending; no card is charged on this site until a payment provider is connected.
• Checklist credits are a digital service, used one per saved checklist, and do not expire.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and continue until you cancel from your account.
• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required.

Homeware bundles

Optional homeware bundles are ordinary physical goods sold subject to availability. Delivery and returns are described on the Pricing page and in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Use the tool only for lawful, personal home set-up purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, copy or misuse the site or its content.

Liability

We provide the tool with reasonable care, but suggestions may not suit every situation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
