Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for digital plans and homeware bundles from SABICHI HOMEWARES LIMITED.

Digital services: credits and subscriptions

  • Checklist credits are a digital service. Unused credit bundles can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 3 credits have been used.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid month.
  • Where you have not used a newly started subscription within 14 days, you may request a full refund for that period.

Homeware bundles

  • Ordinary homeware bundles can be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once we receive and check the returned items, we refund the bundle price to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Return delivery is arranged with you; faulty or incorrectly supplied items are returned at our cost.

Faulty goods

If a homeware item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Payment status

While checkout shows payment provider pending, no charges are taken on this site. Refund timeframes above apply from the date a connected payment provider processes a charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@sabichihome.shop with your order or account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two working days.
